High-resolution digital image downloads
Printed photographic materials
Photography presets and editing tools
Custom photography sessions (where applicable)
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD and may be updated at our discretion.
Prices exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.
We accept payment via Apple Pay and all major credit cards.
Orders will not be processed or fulfilled until payment is received in full.
3. Order Processing and Delivery
Digital products are delivered via email or secure download link within 12-24 hours.
Physical products are shipped within 3-5 business days, with delivery timelines depending on the destination.
Custom orders or photo sessions may require additional processing time. We will contact you directly with updates.
4. Refunds and Returns
Digital Products:
All sales of digital downloads are final. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds or exchanges are not available once the product has been delivered.
Physical Products:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of arrival. Include your order number and photo evidence of the issue. We will provide instructions for return or replacement.
All returned items must be in original packaging and unused condition.
5. License and Usage
Purchasing digital content from HD Athletics LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal. Redistribution, resale, or claiming ownership of any content is strictly prohibited without express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
HD Athletics LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use—or inability to use—our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product(s) in question.
